Which exchanges does Trazoom support?
Binance only — spot and USD-M futures. You must use official Binance API keys. Other exchanges are not supported.
How fast is copy trading?
The platform listens to Binance user streams via WebSocket. Copy execution typically triggers within 100ms — much faster than manual copy or REST polling.
Are API keys secure?
All API keys and secrets are encrypted with cryptography before storage. We recommend IP whitelisting and minimal permissions on Binance.
How do I set copy ratios?
Set ratios per symbol when creating a copy config. If the source buys 1 BTC at 50%, the follower buys 0.5 BTC after precision rounding.
How is profit share calculated?
In hedge mode, when one leg (LONG/SHORT) fully closes, net PnL for that cycle is calculated and profit share is deducted from the follower wallet.
How do I deposit USDT?
Your user center provides a BSC USDT deposit address. Transfers are scanned on-chain and credited to your platform wallet for profit share fees.
What happens to open positions if I stop the bot?
Stopping the listener does not close existing positions. Manage them on Binance manually, or restart copying to sync new signals.
What do I need to register?
A valid email address. Bind Google Authenticator for 2FA, then add a Binance API account (admin approval required) to get started.
